Privacy policy
This document explains what data the ybdev.ru and ybdev.online websites collect, why it is needed and what happens to it afterwards. The data controller is Yuriy Aleksandrovich Burka, a sole proprietor registered in Russia (tax ID 667001495025), trading as YBDEV. Full company details are on a separate page.
What we receive
From the forms on this site: your name, a contact for our reply (email, phone or messenger handle), optionally a company name and a description of your problem, plus the call slot you picked and the options you selected in the estimate calculator.
Automatically: anonymous visit statistics — the page address, the referring source, campaign tags, device type and interface language.
Why we process it
To answer your request, prepare an estimate and hold the intro call. Contact details serve no other purpose: we do not send marketing mail without separate consent and we do not pass contacts to third parties.
Statistics tell us which parts of the site are useful and which are not.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time — write to us and the data will be deleted.
How we count visits
Our analytics is our own, runs on our servers, sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics services.
Instead of a visitor identifier we store an irreversible hash of the IP address and browser characteristics, computed with a secret key that is regenerated every day and never persisted. Visits by the same person on different days therefore cannot be linked, and the IP address itself never reaches the database.
Who else sees the data
A copy of your request goes to our team's work messenger so that the reply is not delayed. There are no other recipients.
We do not sell data and do not share it with advertising networks.
Where it is stored
On servers we operate ourselves. Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting contract; visit statistics are kept anonymised and for a limited period.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and you may withdraw your consent. Write to the contact address shown on the site and we will respond within the period set by law.
Changes
If this document changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
